If bills go unpaid, name change cannot proceed and there is a risk of carrier-initiated cancellation. Please periodically check auto-debit registration and payment status and inform customers accordingly.

Name change can proceed immediately upon ARC issuance after entry. Please check the issuance schedule in advance and actively guide customers to complete the name change within 90 days .

Please maintain regular contact with customers until the name change is complete. Negligence may result in carrier-initiated cancellation and fee deductions after D+90.

1. Passport Activation- Required Documents
Mobile subscription form, passport, visa issuance confirmation, certificate of admission or standard labor contract, confirmed device information

2. Online (Onsale) Activation Registration- Registration Method
Use the online link generated per dealership β verify identity based on type (new/MNP) before registering

Online activation cannot proceed without real name verification. Please accurately check the name (full name Β· middle name order Β· spacing) and carrier (LG U+ β / MVNO β).

5. USIM Guide & Settlement- Initial Activation USIM Cost Customer's Expense
The initial USIM cost of 7,700 KRW is billed to the customer.

Normal USIM replacement is not possible without a physical ARC (ID card).

6. Carrier-Initiated Cancellation Guideβ οΈ
